| DTP Operators (URGENT) |
Typesetting of books using InDesign/FrameMaker, Understanding
client specifications and applying them to typeset pages;
Incorporating edits into revises; Generating XML tagged text out of
finished pages. |

Handle Publishing/Data Conversion Projects, Communicate with the
U.S. team, supervise 2/3 shifts managed by Group Leaders, Plan for
new Projects, integrate and develop best practices, Interact with
project management team, monitor group members and ensure good work
enviroment Candidate Profile:BE, MBA preferably with relevant work
experience of handling projects and large group of people
independently, hardcore manufacturing background, preferably from
the Printing/Publishing/Manufacturing Industry.

| XML/HTML PROGRAMMERS |
Understanding the DTD Structuring of Text with XML
Coding/Tagging in the style provided by the client to produce
quality page output for printing and Internet content.
Candidate
Profile: Graduate with diploma in computers with Typing speed of
30-40 w.p.m. Good Knowledge of XML/SGML/HTML with typesetting
background preferred. Knowledge of file handling in C/C++/Visual
Basic/MS Word and MS Excel macros. |
| Group Leader/s |
Daily work receipt from support/planning, Shift supervision of
all cells in a shift. Allocation to cells, Daily end of the shift
report and handover to the next shift facilitator. Overall
coordination with support group.
Candidate Profile: BE with
minimum 2 to 4 yrs relevant work experience, in
Manufacturing
Industry. Candidates with BE (Mech/Prodn/ Indl
Eng./ Elect/Printing) will be preferred. Good communication skills
is essential. The candidate will be required to work in rotational
shifts. |
